Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable products
To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time to post the refund.
- Reach out to your bank as processing times can vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Customercare@ourpoised.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at customercare@ourpoised.com
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: Order@ourpoised.com.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
